A check before each use minimizes the <a href=\"https:\/\/ypsossafety.com\/principales-errores-que-ponen-en-peligro-a-los-trabajadores-en-altura\/\">risks <\/a>when climbing up or down them.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Check a Ladder Before Using It?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As we have mentioned, a check by the user before using a ladder, whether portable, industrial, etc., helps minimize risks and thus avoid accidents with consequences as serious as a fall.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Faults Can Be Detected Before Accidents Ladder<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following steps or points are useful whether the ladder is portable or anchored to the wall:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clean, dry and firm footing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check stability before climbing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify that it is correctly positioned<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure we are wearing the corresponding <a href=\"https:\/\/ypsossafety.com\/revision-de-epis\/\">PPE <\/a>and fall arrest systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How Do You Check That It Is Track of Inspections?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A well-kept record allows us to detect faults and schedule preventive <a systems (<a href=\"https:\/\/ypsossafety.com\/puedo-instalar-una-escalera-sin-linea-de-vida\/\">lifelines<\/a>, anchor points, self-retracting fall arresters, &#8230;):<\/strong> inspection every 12 before using a ladder is one of the simplest yet most effective ways to prevent accidents; something as simple as checking stability or the anchors can prevent fall accidents.<\/p>\n\n<p
