{"id":34280,"date":"2023-06-06T09:20:27","date_gmt":"2023-06-06T07:20:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/desarrollo.ypsossafety.com\/oryg-crossover\/"},"modified":"2026-10-29T23:26:51","modified_gmt":"2026-10-29T22:26:51","slug":"oryg-crossover","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ypsossafety.com\/en\/oryg-crossover\/","title":{"rendered":"ORYG: Crossover"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As we mentioned in the first post, the Ypsos brand did not come alone; it was accompanied by several sub-brands, of which we have already welcomed the first two: <a href=\"https:\/\/ypsossafety.com\/pignus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PIGNUS<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/ypsossafety.com\/ananke\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ANANKE.<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both are names for two collective fall protection systems,<a href=\"https:\/\/ypsossafety.com\/malla-de-seguridad-anticaidas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> safety nets<\/a> and edge protection guardrails, and next we are going to introduce ORYG, the name we give to our crossovers or step-over walkways.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DEFINITION OF A <a href=\"https:\/\/ypsossafety.com\/salto-de-lobo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CROSSOVER<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crossover walkways are structures designed to allow people to cross safely and efficiently over obstacles in the terrain, such as rivers, roads, railways, or swampy areas.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These walkways are usually elevated and built with materials resistant to weather and load, such as wood, steel, aluminum, or concrete. They can also be equipped with guardrails, ramps, and stairs to make access to the platform easier.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crossover walkways are used in many settings, from trails in nature parks or urban areas to industrial or military facilities.
